Anna Grishchenkova spoke at IX Annual ABA Conference on commercial disputes resolution
On December 8, 2017 in Moscow Marriott Hotel Novy Arbat took place the IXth Annual Conference of American Bar Association (ABA), devoted to problems arising from resolution of commercial disputes involving parties from Russia and CIS countries.
Experts considered innovations of Russian arbitration legislation and discussed investment arbitration involving parties from Russia and CIS countries. Also about twelve round tables on different actual topics were held within the framework of the conference. Anna Grishchenkova, Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration Partner of KIAP, gave a speech on a round table on a topic devoted to “Recommendations for foreign parties in Russian courts”. Participators of the conference have also discussed key cases of Russian arbitration courts in 2017 and spoke about difficulties arising from execution of arbitral and court decisions against governments and governmental companies.

The event was marked by participation of leading Russian and foreign lawyers, specialization of which covers dispute resolution, working with CIS countries, from Great Britain, Swiss, USA, Lithuania and Russia, as well as in-house lawyers from large companies.
