KIAP Opens its Sanction Law and Compliance Practice

Sanctions against Russia and key sectors of its economy are forcing the Russian market to deal with risks and powerful economic consequences. The financial and banking sectors, foreign economic activities, aviation and space industries, media and the Internet are under attack.

To provide high-quality support to Russian and foreign clients, KIAP is opening the Sanctions Law and Compliance practice, which will be headed by Denis Primakov, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor at the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Denis has wide experience in the field of sanctions and anti-corruption compliance, working in Central Asia and with global clients. He specializes in advising Russian and global companies on sanctions and countering intra-corporate fraud and corruption.
