From 5 to 9 October 2020, the annual business forum SibLegalWeek will be held in Novosibirsk on the topic: "Personality, business, state: the present and the future." The organizer of the legal week is the government of the Novosibirsk region with the support of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" and law firms LexProf, Usconsult, as well as Intellectual rights protection agency "Inco".
The SibLegalWeek program includes many formats united under one platform: participants will take part in various discussions, sections, open conversations, and conferences. The main topics to be discussed at the event will be questions about how lawyers in different countries cope in a difficult pandemic situation, technological development, and human rights, topical issues of the practice of resolving disputes in the field of intellectual property, real estate, and construction, bankruptcy, taxes, Legal Tech, forensic psychology, legal marketing, and others.
Anna Grishchenkova, partner of Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration Practice of KIAP, will act as a moderator of the webinar “Why choose arbitration, what to consider when choosing an arbitration institution and choosing an arbitrator?”, which will be held under the auspices of SibLegalWeek online on October 14.
