During six months the rating researchers have collected the data on precedent-setting cases, that turned to be the most important for the practice during 2015-2017, have determined the leading firms and leading lawyers in each of the categories represented. Therefore, the rating is the result of the most complete and detailed analysis of the legal services market on dispute resolution.
KIAP entered the rating of the law firms with the specialization "dispute resolution" in the following areas:
- Bankruptcy (except for credit institutions) - 1 st place
- Disputes in the area of transport and logistics - 2 nd place
