KIAP lawyers successfully represented the Russian retail leader in dispute with the former top-manager of the company. The employee made a claim to the court on employment reinstatement and recovery of bonuses in excess 50 millions of rubles. The key problem of the case was to prove that the bonus was not included in salary, but depended on KPI of a top-manager.
The KIAP lawyers provided a significant evidence of top-manager misconduct. The evidences were found in top-manager social networking profile. Based on the information from social networks the KIAP lawyers evidenced the facts of top-manager truancy and violation of Russian Labor Code. Both appeal and cassation instances uphold the decision of the court of first instance.
The client was represented by KIAP Senior associate Georgy Karaoglanov. Andrey Korelskiy, KIAP Managing partner, coordinated the project.
