Daniil has over 10 years of experience representing clients in commercial litigation, including disputes arising from lease, supply, construction, and service contracts. He has extensive experience handling complex disputes shaped by the technical specificities of various industries, including the IT sector, as well as construction disputes and claims for damages and unjust enrichment.

He manages complex corporate disputes from strategy development through to court representation, negotiations, and the drafting of transaction and corporate documents. His portfolio includes a number of corporate conflicts successfully resolved through settlement agreements and transactions after several years of intense litigation.

Daniil possesses deep expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency law, representing major creditors, bankruptcy trustees, and debtors in high-stakes bankruptcy proceedings. Throughout his years of practice, he has built a strong track record in all types of standalone bankruptcy litigation, including disputes related to challenging transactions, creditor claims registration, parental/subsidiary liability actions, claims for damages, and others.
