In December, 2017 the High court of Justice in England rejected the claim of Mr Bazhanov, former Deputy head of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, to companies of the Saint Petersburg holding “Blago” owner, Arkadiy Fosman, in the amount of £30 million.
