On November 21, 2025, the Award Ceremony for the prizewinners of the 20th Anniversary Annual "Best Legal Departments" Award, organized by the "Corporate Lawyer" magazine, took place at the Marriott Imperial Plaza in Moscow.
KIAP, Attorneys at Law, acted as the General Partner of the 2025 Award, as well as the partner of the "Industry" nomination. KIAP's support of the premier industry award for in-house lawyers coincided with the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the firm's foundation.
The "Best Legal Departments" Award is the key annual event for corporate lawyers in Russia. Each year, it identifies the leaders in legal support for businesses across various sectors of the economy.
The 2025 winners in the industry nominations are:

Winners of special nominations:

- Work with Distressed Assets and Counterparties — Moskvich Automobile Plant JSC.

As in the previous year, KIAP partners Yulia Paushkina and Andrey Korelskiy were part of the Expert Jury, evaluating the nominees' projects based on a range of criteria.
Furthermore, as the partner of the "Industry" nomination, KIAP invited participants to answer a special question dedicated to import substitution and the opportunity to make a real contribution to business development through such initiatives (e.g., implementing domestic developments into the production cycle, patenting know-how, or localizing other production innovations in Russia). The winner was Cherkizovo Group PJSC, and Andrey Korelskiy personally congratulated and presented the company's representatives with a special prize from KIAP during the ceremony.
The solemn award ceremony was also attended by KIAP Partner Dmitry Grigoriadi, Senior Associates Ekaterina Spakhova and Roman Suslov, and Marketing Director Irina Bulgakova.
